Private Lottery Permit – 07/2026 

This event has been set up to raise funds for The Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation. The organiser or host will not make any profit from the game.

Boxes will be sold between 6pm and 8pm on Monday 2nd March 2026 and will only be available at La Fontaine Inn. 22 boxes will be available to purchase on a first come-first served basis. The cost of each box will be £500 per box. The event will take place on Saturday 21st March 2026.

A 23rd Box will be auctioned between game 2 and game 3 on Saturday 21st March and will go to the highest bidder. The owner of this box will only take part in Game 3.

Purchasing a box offers the buyer a chance to play and does NOT guarantee a prize.

Three games will be played on the night. Players will be chosen by their box number using a random number generator. Players may be chosen for more than one game.

• Game 1 – Pub Drinks Game
• Game 2 – Prize Game
• Game 3 – Big Cash Game

All boxes will be sealed by an independent adjudicator before the event. Boxes will not display any numbers. Players will randomly select a sealed box, and a number will then be assigned and placed on top. No one will know the contents of any box until it is opened during the game.

Players must be present on the night to take part in the game. If a player does not attend on the night and has not notified the organiser before the event with a valid reason, their box will be removed from the game and the money paid will be retained.

RULES OF THE GAME

At the start of each game, all players must sit or stand ‘on stage’ with their numbered box. The player who is picked at random will stand to the side with their box. The remaining players will remain on stage until the boxes are eliminated.

GAME STRUCTURE CLARIFICATION

Game 1, 2 & 3 Each game follows the same elimination format, with Game 3 including one additional round.

• Player eliminates 3 boxes, one at a time
• Bankers Offer- Player to decide whether to deal or no deal
• Player eliminates 3 boxes, one at a time
• Bankers Offer- Player to decide whether to deal or no deal
• Player eliminates 2 boxes, one at a time
• Bankers Offer- Player to decide whether to deal or no deal
• (GAME 3 only) – Player Eliminates 1 box
• Bankers Offer- Player to decide whether to deal or no deal

The banker reserves the right to make any offer they feel appropriate.

If the player makes a deal at any point, the game will continue until all boxes are opened for transparency and audience engagement. The banker may choose to offer an alternative offer which could make the game live again at his/her discretion.

Any prize won from Game 1 & Game 3 will be redeemable immediately after the event. Prizes from Game 2 may take up to 14 days to be received by the winner.
