They offer guidance and information at a critical time in families’ lives. They also fund ground-breaking research and campaign for babies to receive the best possible level of care regardless of when and where they are born.
They aim to give accurate, impartial information to parents so that they can decide what’s best for their family, and introduce them to a network of local parents to gain practical and emotional support.
The centre has now appointed Laura Spence as their Birth Trauma Service Coordinator, to facilitate a birth trauma service for Guernsey residents.
