The Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation is committed to supporting premature babies, children and their families in times of need, with a wonderful team of volunteers who offer their time and skills to help us with various events and activities

Founders
Triple World Touring Car champion Andy Priaulx MBE and his wife Jo founded the PPBF in 2003, following the premature birth of their own children, Sebastian and Danniella. Andy and Jo are 100% committed to helping all premature babies born in the Bailiwick and their families.
In addition to supporting her family’s careers, Jo also manages the charity’s day-to-day operations, which include everything from logistics and fundraising to media relations and helping families introduced to the PPBF.

Chairman
Richard is the charity’s third founding trustee and took on the role of treasurer when the charity was founded back in 2003; a position he held for 10 years. Richard has been the charity's chairman since 2019.
As an independent trustee, Richard provides vital governance and strategic input to further drive the charity’s success.
In addition to his involvement with the charity he is a financial services professional with more than 20 years’ experience in senior positions.

Trustee
Peter is the Joint Managing Director of the local family business Le Mont Saint Garage, he is also known for being a Guernsey Basketball Player, he has worked with the PPBF for a number of years supporting the charity through his family business.
He is a family friend of the Priaulx Family and also gave Seb his first job inbetween his racing seasons.
Pete’s Goddaughter Hermione was born premature and her family were supported by PPBF, so the charity is close to his heart.

Trustee & Treasurer
After qualifying with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, David’s early career was as an audit professional.
He moved to Guernsey in 1989 and first became involved with the charity's auditing processes a number of years ago, during his time with Grant Thornton.
Today, he brings extensive experience across a wide range of business sectors to the PPBF, providing valuable oversight and guidance to Jo and the wider team.

Secretary and Ambassador
Fiona became involved with the PPBF after the birth of her twin boys, who are now in their teens. They were the first babies to use the charity’s hot cots and the Gomes family were also grateful to stay in Aggie’s Burrow during their time at Southampton Hospital.
Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry across compliance, business support and secretarial duties. This means she is perfectly placed to assist the charity by preparing agendas for quarterly meetings, taking minutes and managing action points for Trustees. She also organised a successful fundraising event during 'Just Get Active' week and regularly shares PPBF initiatives with her own network.

Head of Fundraising
Sara first joined the PPBF as an Ambassador in 2024 and her role has quickly grown into overseeing the PPBF's events, fundraisers, sponsorships and corporate partnerships. She is the creative mind behind hugely successful initiatives including our Summer Raffles, Ladies' Night, Ascot at the OGH, the Pre-Loved Boutique, Colour Fun Run, Buy-A-Brew campaign and much more.
Today, she manages Blingo and has increased the PPBF's visibility across the community by leading the PPBF's WhatsApp Volunteering Community. Sara's niece, Lochie, battled cancer at a young age, and is the main inspiration behind Sara's desire to give back.

Marketing and Communications Lead
Stephie was part of the team that won the 2017 Guernsey Awards for Achievement for the PPBF's 'Buy-A-Brick' campaign and she later reconnected with the team in 2022 to provide marketing support. Today, she manages all aspects of the charity's social media and PR activities, delivering campaigns that drive both awareness and donations.
Another key part of Stephie's role is storytelling as she often connects with families to share their experiences. From copywriting and video creation to making visits to Southampton, she covers both online and offline activities.

Operations Manager
Sammy joined the PPBF in 2010 and works alongside Jo on a daily basis. Sammy's aim is to raise awareness of the charity and help support more local families of premature babies and critically poorly children.
A mum of two young boys, Sammy has made them aware of the importance of being kind and helping others and they can sometimes be seen helping at PPBF family fundraising events.

Head of Maintenance
Dean covers all aspects of 'on the ground' operations for the PPBF's trio of flats located next to Southampton Hospital. From getting families checked in and cleaning schedules to ongoing maintenance and property management, Dean is always on hand to help.
One of Dean's biggest projects was the full renovation of Frankie's Den and he is involved in all property projects, however big or small, including the launch of Matthew's Hideaway. Dean also runs his own handyman business, Timbafix, offering a wide range of services.

Events Manager
Fiona Murray is a highly experienced Event Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the events services industry internationally. Her global event experience includes management of prestige hospitality programmes at the Monaco Grand Prix, Bahrain Grand Prix, Shanghai Grand Prix, BAFTA TV Awards, high level finance events in the City of London and destination marketing showcases.
Since 2013, Fiona has worked closely with the Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation on a number of high-profile fundraising events in Guernsey - the charity's motorsport themed 10th anniversary ball; A Right Royal Affair party; Our House at Castle Cornet and most recently the inaugural PPBF Blingo event.
Fiona loves working with Jo and the PPBF team to put together fun and individual fundraising events

Special Projects
Dannii supports the team in delivering various projects and also creates videos for use across the PPBF's social media channels. She helps with both creative and administrative tasks and gets involved in the creation and delivery of Baby Boxes for local families staying on Guernsey's Special Care Unit.
Dannii has a real love for all things fashion, helping with the 'The Closet' which was created to sell pre-loved clothes to raise funds for the PPBF.

We are extremely grateful to our volunteers including Tim Pond, Nikki Trebert, Kesh Sebire, Pat Courtney & Vicki Le Poidevin who runs the tiny baby clothing bank
